Meditation:
The #1 tool to improve wellbeing
Meditation has been scientifically shown to reduce stress - the leading cause of "dis-ease"
In a world where we experience FAR more stressors and stimuli than our ancestors did, we must learn healthy ways to deal with this increased stress. The main underlying reason for nearly all “dis-ease” in the body and mind is some kind of chronic stress.
So what is stress?
Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. Resulting in physical, and/or emotional tension.

You Decide
There is good stress that can help you accomplish tasks more efficiently. Our pulse quickens and our hormones surge, but there is no threat or fear. We feel this type of stress when we ride a roller coaster, do high intensity workouts, compete for a promotion, or go on a first date.

It keeps us feeling alive and excited about life. It can even boost memory. Stress is also a vital warning system, producing the fight-or-flight response.
Then there is bad stress that happens if you're constantly under stress. You can develop physical symptoms, such as headaches, an upset stomach, high blood pressure, chest pain, and problems with sex and sleep.
Stress can also lead to emotional problems, depression, panic
attacks, or other forms of anxiety and worry. It can manifest as disease and sickness in the body. When the brain perceives some kind of stress, it starts flooding the body with chemicals like epinephrine, norepinephrine and cortisol.
Luckily you have many tools to be able to combat chronic stress and dis-ease. For example when we meditate or breath a certain way we can greatly impact the nervous system & Pineal Gland. When this happens it triggers a process where the Pineal Gland alchemizes melatonin into radical neurotransmitters that are very beneficial for our wellbeing.
We can teach you how to do this!
Quantum Medicine is seen as a bridge for all religions & belief systems, through altered states of Consciousness, or "meditation". As such, our meditations are Non-dogmatic & Resonate with all religions
